Desktop Calendar Reminder is basically a tool which enables you to view your desktop calendar, task calendar and task reminder all in one place. This download is available as shareware for your Windows operating system and is perfectly acceptable for use as long as the program remains free of charge and is not sold or promoted in any way. It is also available on a commercial basis. The commercial version is more comprehensive and offers support for several additional programs. It also comes with a scheduling option, which lets you set recurring events or tasks to be carried out on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
This desktop reminder is designed to work with Windows Vista or Windows 7. While installing this software, make sure that you have the latest version of these operating systems so that they will be able to properly recognize the files that you want to import into your Windows system. Once the installation process is complete, you are now ready to import all the data that you need into your Windows system. This includes tasks, reminders, and calendars.
To access this application, click the “Add” button on the menu bar and select “Clocks organizers calendars”. An appropriate calendar reminder icon should be found on the list and will allow you to click on it to import the necessary data. Alternately, a word document containing all the relevant information may also be written onto the desktop reminder 1.70 and sent to the email address specified by the developer. This should be done once the desired event has been set and you would like all the work to be completed in a particular time frame.
